Accountabilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for organic growth, with a primary focus on SEO and discovery optimization across a large-scale platform.
Develop and execute a forward-looking SEO strategy that significantly improves top-of-funnel acquisition and global user growth.
Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawl efficiency, internal linking structures, schema markup, and index health optimization.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Growth teams to embed SEO best practices into product and infrastructure decisions.
Design and optimize user journeys that convert search-driven visitors into engaged and retained users by improving onboarding and content discovery flows.
Build frameworks for structured data, content signals, and entity authority to improve discoverability in both traditional search engines and AI/LLM-driven environments.
Support the evolution of machine translation systems to expand global accessibility and content reach.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong foundational understanding of the SEO ecosystem, including ranking systems, indexing behavior, and organic growth mechanics.
Deep expertise in technical SEO at scale (site architecture, programmatic SEO, structured data, crawl optimization, and performance tuning).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to work across engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
Ability to independently drive execution across the full product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.

Competitive base salary range: $217,000, $303,900 USD, depending on experience and location.
