Accountabilities:

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Insurance will be responsible for creating and executing customer-focused marketing strategies that support business growth, improve adoption, and generate measurable revenue impact. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies focused on customer retention, product adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.

  • Build targeted growth programs supporting customers across different segments, from individual users and partners to enterprise accounts.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support renewals, account expansion, and strategic customer engagement initiatives.

  • Create account-based marketing programs that strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers and support complex sales cycles.

  • Increase adoption of new products, capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions through effective customer marketing initiatives.

  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to business leaders by aligning programs with revenue goals and organizational priorities.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to refine positioning, messaging, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, webinars, digital channels, events, content, and sales enablement materials.

  • Develop personalized customer journeys that improve onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion.

  • Establish experimentation frameworks to test messaging, channels, offers, and campaign approaches.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, content development, and analytics.

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, product adoption, expansion revenue, and marketing contribution.

  • Create reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights to guide investment decisions and growth strategies.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented marketing professional with experience driving customer expansion and revenue impact in B2B technology environments. They should combine strong strategic capabilities with hands-on execution skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.

  • Proven experience driving customer retention, expansion, upsell, and revenue growth within existing customer accounts.

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and complex, consultative buying processes.

  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using customer and business data to develop actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and marketing analytics tools preferred.

  • Experience using AI-powered marketing solutions to improve productivity, personalization, and campaign performance preferred.

  • Background in insurance technology, property intelligence, InsurTech, PropTech, claims organizations, or related industries is a plus.
