Accountabilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end field marketing and events calendar, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis.
Develop and execute a diverse portfolio of events such as executive dinners, hosted roundtables, regional meetups, VIP experiences, and major conference sponsorships.
Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to target priority accounts, increase attendance quality, and drive pipeline generation opportunities.
Manage all operational aspects of events including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contracts, logistics, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to develop compelling messaging, presentations, event materials, and audience engagement strategies.
Build scalable pre-event and post-event playbooks to improve attendance, sales alignment, lead nurturing, and pipeline conversion.
Monitor and analyze event performance metrics such as pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, attendee engagement, and return on investment.
Optimize event budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
Identify new event opportunities, innovative formats, strategic sponsorships, and regional growth markets to support scaling initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas and strategic insights to strengthen overall demand generation and go-to-market effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
Proven success managing events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact rather than solely focusing on attendance metrics.
Experience executing a wide range of event formats including executive roundtables, hosted dinners, conference sponsorships, and regional networking events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in partnering with sales and go-to-market teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and memorable event experiences while managing budgets effectively.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience measuring event ROI and optimizing performance.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills in fast-paced, high-growth business environments.
Self-motivated and adaptable professional who thrives in collaborative and evolving organizations.
