Accountabilities:
Design and optimize end-to-end activation and trial experiences, from signup through SDK integration, first feature use, and conversion to paid plans.
Analyze funnel data, user behavior, and qualitative feedback to identify drop-offs and define design-led solutions that improve activation and retention.
Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate quickly on growth-focused product improvements.
Improve onboarding flows for both traditional and emerging agentic interfaces, including AI-driven and API-based onboarding experiences.
Enhance discoverability and adoption of advanced product features by improving information architecture and in-product guidance systems.
Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to influence roadmap priorities based on data-backed design opportunities.
Contribute to a strong critique culture by presenting design decisions clearly and incorporating structured feedback into iterations.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on growth, activation, conversion, or retention outcomes.
Proven experience designing and improving B2B SaaS or developer-focused products in PLG, freemium, or trial-to-paid models.
Strong background in experimentation, including hypothesis definition, A/B testing, and data-driven evaluation of design impact.
Experience working directly with funnel analytics, activation metrics, and customer behavior data to guide design decisions.
Ability to identify systemic UX issues and design scalable solutions across entire user journeys rather than isolated screens.
Familiarity with developer workflows including APIs, SDK setup, CLI tools, and integration experiences.
Exposure to or strong interest in AI-driven interfaces and agent-based workflows, with curiosity for emerging onboarding paradigms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
