Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

  • Lead campaign planning, optimization, and reporting efforts to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion performance.

  • Analyze marketing metrics, customer insights, and performance trends to guide strategic decision-making and maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing technology platforms to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Drive continuous testing and optimization of marketing funnels, landing pages, and audience segmentation strategies.

  • Support brand awareness initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on measurable growth and customer experience improvements.

  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles with expertise in multi-channel campaign management and performance marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition strategies, CRM/email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results clearly to leadership teams.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and customer engagement technologies.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
