Accountabilities:
Plan and execute multi-channel regional marketing campaigns across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring messaging is localized, culturally relevant, and aligned with enrolment growth objectives.
Create and adapt engaging marketing assets for digital campaigns using design tools such as Canva or similar platforms, ensuring brand consistency and performance impact.
Collaborate closely with performance marketing and sales teams to monitor campaign results, analyze lead quality, and optimize conversion and enrolment outcomes.
Support the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person events such as webinars, education fairs, and regional expos to drive engagement and awareness.
Maintain, update, and localize marketing materials and collateral to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving campaign strategies.
Contribute to cross-functional planning sessions, transforming insights from data and customer feedback into actionable marketing improvements.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within education, EdTech, or international consumer-facing environments.
Strong hands-on content creation skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms.
Excellent written communication and storytelling ability with a strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across sales, marketing, and creative teams in international settings.
Bonus: experience in multi-market campaigns, additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, or Russian), or exposure to PR and media relations.
