Accountabilities
Execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting product launches, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and customer growth initiatives.
Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams.
Manage campaign deployment across email, paid media, webinars, digital programs, landing pages, and events.
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure smooth, timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improved pipeline impact.
Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities.
Ensure campaigns support broader revenue, engagement, and customer retention objectives.
Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign creation, segmentation, content iteration, and performance optimization.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a SaaS or technology environment.
Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and digital marketing channels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Experience in lifecycle marketing or product launch campaigns is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and workflows is highly desirable.
