Accountabilities:
Own and evolve the overarching BDR prospecting motion across North America and EMEA, including global campaigns, competitive plays, industry initiatives, reactive programs, and target-account priorities.
Develop scalable sequence and cadence standards using automation, intent signals, enrichment, and AI-assisted personalization to improve prospecting engagement and meeting conversion.
Define account and contact prioritization frameworks based on fit, intent, segmentation, and data-quality criteria.
Design competitions, incentives, leaderboards, and performance reporting that encourage adoption and provide BDR teams with timely visibility into results.
Establish campaign tagging and attribution standards that accurately connect BDR activity with pipeline, MRR, deal creation, and deal-quality outcomes.
Create centralized enablement resources such as dashboards, presentations, videos, and self-service materials to help regional teams execute consistently.
Partner with BDR leadership and regional stakeholders to translate shared priorities into a unified operating model while accommodating appropriate market, language, and compliance requirements.
Monitor adoption, prospecting activity, meetings, deals created, pipeline, MRR, and deal quality, using performance insights to continuously optimize the prospecting motion.
Manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring programs remain aligned with business priorities and regional needs.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in high-tech sales or marketing, including hands-on ownership of BDR or SDR outbound programs.
Demonstrated experience designing prospecting sequences, outbound plays, competitions, enablement programs, and reporting frameworks.
Strong expertise in sequence and cadence strategy, audience segmentation, prospecting data, enrichment, intent signals, attribution, and reporting tools.
Practical experience applying automation and AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, and scalable campaign execution.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, outbound prospecting, sales enablement, and complex upmarket or enterprise sales cycles.
Proven ability to take ownership of complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution with limited oversight.
Excellent project management, organization, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, balance competing regional requirements, and translate them into clear, scalable operating standards.
Experience standardizing revenue or prospecting motions across multiple regions or markets is highly desirable.
Experience working with enterprise or upmarket buyers, analytics teams, revenue operations, or data teams is a strong advantage.
Experience developing dashboards, attribution models, or account-prioritization systems is also beneficial.
Willingness to work primarily in US Eastern Time is preferred to facilitate collaboration with partners in the UK and Ireland.
Ability to travel occasionally for cross-regional planning, leadership meetings, and key prospecting events.
Benefits
Annual cash compensation range of $122,400-$195,800 USD, with individual compensation determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Eligibility for on-target commission and/or annual bonus programs depending on role and applicable compensation structure.
Potential eligibility to participate in an equity program through restricted stock units (RSUs), depending on role.
