Accountabilities
Lead initial outreach to influencers, presenting collaboration opportunities and managing early-stage communication and negotiations around deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Coordinate and oversee influencer scouts, ensuring they identify high-quality creators aligned with campaign objectives and provide structured feedback on submissions.
Screen and evaluate influencer profiles based on audience authenticity, engagement quality, content relevance, and platform fit.
Support the execution of multiple concurrent influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery across all activations.
Contribute to reporting activities by summarizing campaign performance, outreach effectiveness, and influencer response metrics for marketing leadership.
Maintain organized tracking of influencer pipelines, communication status, and campaign progress across different markets.
Support continuous improvement of outreach processes, influencer selection criteria, and campaign execution workflows.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution, ideally across US and UK markets.
Proven ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing metrics, and algorithm dynamics.
Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics, detect inconsistencies, and evaluate influencer quality.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience or familiarity with health & wellness products and creator ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.
Comfortable working in remote, international teams with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
