The Challenge
A fast-growing urban mobility tech company needs a marketing leader to drive pipeline growth through targeted account-based strategies. You'll own go-to-market execution, build sales enablement, and scale brand positioning in the smart cities space.
Your Mission
Map and segment high-value accounts; develop personalized ABM playbooks for top 20-30 targets
Create foundational sales enablement assets: case studies, value props, presentation decks for enterprise deals
Launch first multi-touch LinkedIn + email campaign to key decision-makers with tracked engagement metrics
Establish baseline campaign and event performance dashboards; audit existing CRM/marketing stack
Execute 2-3 major industry conferences; measure pipeline contribution and ROI per event
Build and nurture 3-5 customer success stories into scalable case study content
Demonstrate measurable impact on sales pipeline: track account engagement, deal velocity, and revenue influenced
Develop repeatable account segmentation and multi-touch orchestration framework across HubSpot

- You prefer working independently without close sales collaboration and frequent stakeholder alignment
