The Challenge

Build field marketing from scratch across EMEA for a high-growth commerce-tech company. You'll own the entire regional motion-events, partner activations, demand gen-and directly influence pipeline and brand presence across UK, Netherlands, Germany, and Nordics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map EMEA market landscape: identify 8-12 strategic trade shows, partner opportunities, and key events relevant to e-commerce/logistics tech buyers

Execute first regional campaign: localize 3-4 global campaigns for EMEA audiences with adapted messaging and channel strategy

Establish Sales partnership framework: define joint planning process, lead handoff criteria, and pipeline tracking methodology with regional sales teams

Launch 2-3 tactical initiatives: host first roundtable or sponsored event to generate initial pipeline and validate messaging

By 6 Months
1

Build repeatable field marketing playbook: document event strategy, partner activation process, and campaign localization framework for EMEA markets

Deliver measurable pipeline impact: track and report 50+ qualified leads generated from field activities with ROI analysis by market

Activate 4-6 strategic partner co-marketing initiatives: establish and launch joint programs that expand reach and strengthen brand credibility

Establish regional brand presence: execute minimum 4 major events/experiences with consistent messaging and measurable attendance/engagement targets

Total qualified opportunities attributed to field marketing campaigns, events, and partner activations tracked monthly.

Event ROI

Cost per qualified lead and revenue-influenced opportunity from each trade show, roundtable, or hosted experience.

Campaign Engagement Rate

Email open rates, click-through rates, and attendance conversion for localized regional campaigns vs. global baseline.

Partner Co-marketing Reach

Combined audience reach and lead volume generated through joint partner activation initiatives.

Sales partnership velocity

Time from lead handoff to first sales conversation and lead-to-opportunity conversion rate by region.
