Accountabilities
You will be responsible for building and scaling creator community initiatives that expand reach, engagement, and long-term ecosystem growth while ensuring strong alignment with product and growth priorities.
Design and scale creator and ambassador programs with repeatable frameworks that drive community expansion beyond direct outreach
Build and maintain relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders to strengthen ecosystem engagement
Lead workshops, demos, and educational sessions for creators and marketing teams across multiple creative domains (voice, music, image, video)
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community meetups, including planning and hosting owned activations
Use data and community insights to track performance, identify trends, and inform product and growth strategy decisions
Translate creator feedback into actionable insights for internal teams, helping refine product direction and messaging
Define and evolve ideal creator profiles based on adoption patterns and engagement outcomes
Requirements This role requires strong experience in creator ecosystems, community-led growth, and hands-on use of modern AI or creative tools, combined with excellent communication and execution skills.
Proven experience in community growth, creator programs, partnerships, or growth marketing roles
Deep familiarity with creative communities, digital platforms, and creator-driven ecosystems
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools or similar platforms, with a demonstrated portfolio or real usage
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills, with confidence leading workshops, panels, or live demos
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret community metrics and translate them into action
High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience building programs from scratch and scaling them into repeatable systems
