Accountabilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and performance.

  • Manage the full marketing funnel, ensuring consistency across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion stages.

  • Analyze campaign performance and channel metrics, identifying insights and proposing data-driven improvements.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain automation flows and audience segmentation strategies to improve marketing efficiency.

  • Run A/B tests and experiments across campaigns, channels, and messaging to validate and implement learnings.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.

  • Contribute to ongoing marketing projects and initiatives, supporting overall team objectives and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and demand generation roles.

  • Strong experience working with marketing funnels, automation, and lifecycle strategies.

  • Solid background in digital marketing, content marketing, and paid media channels.

  • Experience with B2B marketing environments is required.

  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEMrush.

  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing activities is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced and high-growth environments.

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, mobility, delivery, or marketplace sectors is a plus.
