The Challenge

Hiya analyzes 28B+ calls monthly for 550M users across 800+ businesses. You'll architect a migration from Webflow to headless CMS while owning website KPIs that directly drive pipeline—turning their digital presence into a revenue engine that scales globally.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and validate headless CMS architecture (Contentful/Sanity/Storyblok) with migration roadmap, technical specs, and buy-in from Marketing & Product leadership

Establish baseline website metrics: current traffic, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and regional performance across key markets

Build initial modular component system in React/Next.js enabling Marketing to deploy landing pages 10x faster without engineering bottleneck

Architect event tracking & data layer foundation; integrate analytics to attribute website traffic to pipeline and revenue outcomes

By 6 Months

Complete migration from Webflow to headless CMS; achieve 15%+ lift in conversion rate through optimization and UX improvements

Launch AI-powered dynamic content and personalization layer using LLM APIs; measure impact on engagement and conversion by segment

Expand website to 10+ new regional markets with localized content, regional SEO, multi-language workflows, and compliance requirements built-in

Establish rapid experimentation playbook: reduce landing page deployment time to <48 hours; run 8+ A/B tests monthly with clear winner selection criteria

Month-over-month organic and paid traffic growth; pages-per-session, time-on-page, and scroll depth by segment.

Experiment Velocity

Number of A/B tests launched monthly and time-to-deploy for new landing pages; target: 8+ tests/month, <48hr deployment.

Regional Performance

Conversion rate, traffic, and pipeline by geography; localization effectiveness across 20+ markets.

AI Impact Score

Lift in conversion, engagement, and personalization from AI-powered dynamic content vs. static experiences.
