The Challenge
Major multinational needs a Marketing & CX analyst to bridge regional strategy with local execution in Mexico. You'll own acquisition, conversion, and customer experience—driving measurable growth across digital channels.
Your Mission
Audit current CRM stack (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS) and identify 3-5 quick wins for immediate lift in engagement metrics
Establish baseline KPIs for acquisition cost, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value across all channels
Launch first multicanal CRM campaign aligned with regional OKRs, tracking performance daily
Map cross-functional dependencies with Product, Data, Tech, and CS teams; establish weekly cadence
Scale acquisition initiatives with 20%+ improvement in CAC efficiency through tested growth levers
Build and iterate 4+ CRM experiments (segmentation, messaging, timing, offers) measuring lift against control
Develop customer experience dashboard showing end-to-end funnel health and identify top 3 conversion blockers
Manage 2-3 external agency/partner relationships, reducing costs by 15% while maintaining quality
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended CAC across all channels; optimize to regional benchmarks.
CRM Conversion Rate
Measure email, push, SMS, WhatsApp click-through and conversion rates; target 20%+ YoY lift.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Monitor LTV by cohort and campaign; ensure LTV:CAC ratio stays above 3:1.
Multicanal Engagement Rate
Aggregate engagement across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp; benchmark against team targets.
OKR Alignment Score
Percentage of initiatives directly tied to and tracking against business OKRs.
