Go-To-Market Engineer (NYC, SF, Boston)
About the Opportunity
A well-funded, venture-backed fintech company is building an AI-driven platform focused on improving how businesses manage cash flow, credit, and growth. With significant funding secured and strong early traction, the company is entering a key growth phase and hiring its first true marketing leader to build and scale the go-to-market engine.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, with ownership over demand generation, experimentation, and pipeline creation. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, data, and product, using modern tools and AI-driven insights to drive measurable revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute full-funnel demand generation strategy from awareness through closed revenue
• Design and run rapid experiments across outbound, inbound, partner, and content channels
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven tools to refine ICP, messaging, and targeting
• Build and optimize lead scoring, routing, and funnel conversion from MQL to closed deal
• Automate and personalize outreach using modern GTM and marketing automation platforms
• Ensure CRM and data infrastructure is clean, reliable, and actionable
• Partner closely with sales and leadership to align growth efforts with revenue goals
• Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable next steps
What They’re Looking For
• 2-6+ years in growth, demand generation, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or startup environments
• Proven experience owning and executing full-funnel demand generation programs
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with funnel metrics and conversion data
• Hands-on operator comfortable executing campaigns and working within tools
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools (Clay, HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Technical or quantitative background
• Experience in Series A or B stage companies
• Exposure to fintech or operational buyers
• Experience with partner or content-led growth strategies
