The Challenge
GLAMCOR Global is scaling their digital engine and needs someone to own email and paid media campaigns end-to-end. You'll drive measurable growth across Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Ads while building the reporting infrastructure that actually moves the needle.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 8-12 email campaigns in Klaviyo, establishing baseline performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate) across segments
Set up and refine Meta and Google Ads account structure, implement conversion tracking, and document optimization playbooks
Build weekly/monthly performance dashboard highlighting ROI, CAC, and channel performance with actionable recommendations
Collaborate with creative team to establish 3-5 high-performing email and ad templates tested for conversion
Improve email campaign conversion rate by 20% through A/B testing subject lines, send times, and creative
Reduce CAC by 15% across Meta and Google Ads through audience refinement and bid strategy optimization
Establish predictive reporting that forecasts monthly revenue impact from each channel
Document and share quarterly growth opportunities report identifying new audience segments and campaign formats to test

Monitor CTR across email and paid ads to measure creative relevance and messaging effectiveness.

Calculate CAC by channel to benchmark efficiency and identify which campaigns drive profitable growth.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure ROAS across Meta and Google Ads campaigns to optimize budget allocation and identify top performers.
Conversion Rate
Track conversion performance across email and paid channels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

- You don't have 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
