The Challenge

Formhouse is a brand incubator backed by unicorn operators launching culturally-driven consumer brands with celebrity co-founders. You'll own the complete go-to-market for the first brand launch-from pre-launch strategy through scale-reporting directly to the CEO with a clean slate to build.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and lock go-to-market strategy across organic, paid, email, influencer, and PR channels with measurable targets for launch

Build paid social campaign architecture on Meta and TikTok with creative briefs, audience segments, and clear budget allocation

3

Establish measurement framework tracking CAC, ROAS, email engagement, organic reach, and revenue KPIs from day one

4

Coordinate pre-launch brand narrative across all channels ensuring message consistency and celebrity co-founder positioning

By 6 Months
1

Execute full brand launch driving measurable audience growth, revenue targets, and profitability metrics through Q3

Build and mentor junior marketing team members, documenting workflows and playbooks for scaling

Develop repeatable launch playbook documenting what worked across channels for future Formhouse brand launches

4

Analyze post-launch performance and optimize channel mix, creative, and spend allocation based on real data

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost-per-customer across paid social, influencer, email, and organic to optimize channel efficiency.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on Meta and TikTok campaigns to justify paid budget allocation.

Audience Growth Rate

Monitor pre-launch and post-launch follower velocity across social platforms and email list growth week-over-week.

Revenue & Profitability

Track gross revenue and net profit contribution from marketing-sourced customers through launch and growth phases.

Email Engagement Rate

Measure open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates from email campaigns targeting pre-launch and active customers.

For You If
  • You've led a DTC brand launch from zero to measurable revenue and audience with full ownership of go-to-market strategy
  • You're hands-on with paid social (Meta/TikTok), influencer partnerships, and can set up campaign architecture without hand-holding
  • You work well with celebrity or high-profile partners and can navigate creative collaboration with strategic rigor
  • You're comfortable in early-stage environments where you own the playbook, report directly to leadership, and adapt fast based on data
Won't Work If
  • You need a large support team or prefer operational roles over strategic ownership-this is a solo build at the start
  • You're uncomfortable with contract-to-FTE structures or need guaranteed full-time employment from day one
  • You lack hands-on experience with paid social, influencer, or DTC launches-this role requires tactical execution, not just strategy
