Marketing Director Mexico City | On-site | Full-time A law firm specializing in immigration law is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Mexico City. Position Objective Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the organizations marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills, using data and performance insights to drive marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing management. Proven experience managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns. Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, including leads, CPL, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS. Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms. Experience using CRM and project management tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar platforms. Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data. Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and internal teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced English is preferred. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and translate business objectives into marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the organizations commercial objectives.
- Lead and oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and key business KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Prepare and present marketing reports, performance insights, and recommendations to leadership. Manage and coordinate projects with internal teams, external agencies, and other marketing vendors. Oversee marketing calendars, deliverables, campaigns, and creative materials.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor the effectiveness of marketing investments.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
- Establish and monitor performance indicators for marketing activities.
- Identify new opportunities, channels, and strategies to improve customer acquisition and overall marketing performance.
