The Challenge
Fimo is the new AI-native CMS from the team behind Strapi. They just launched in January 2026, hit 1.5M+ impressions in week one, and now need someone to figure out how the product actually grows. This is not a marketing role. This is not a sales role. This is the person who talks to users, finds the wedge, tests the channels, and builds the GTM motion from absolute zero.
Your Mission
Talk to 100+ users — deeply understand who is getting value from Fimo and why
Map the website builder ecosystem (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) and find the positioning gap
Test 3-5 acquisition channels with real experiments — content, events, partnerships, outbound
Build a public presence — speak at events, write thought leadership, become the face of Fimo
Define the repeatable GTM playbook — which channels, which messaging, which ICP
Establish Fimo as a recognized name in the AI website builder space
Feed a constant loop of user insights back to product that shapes the roadmap
Convert from freelance to full-time as the founding GTM leader

Is This Role For You?

- Cannot travel in Europe for events
