The Challenge

Fever reaches 300M+ monthly users across 55+ countries in live entertainment. You'll own end-to-end marketing strategy for exclusive experiences, driving campaigns at scale while managing regional P&Ls and partnering with major brands like Netflix and FC Barcelona.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing experience portfolio performance; identify top/bottom performers and document baseline metrics across Facebook, Instagram, and paid channels

Build 360° marketing plan for 2-3 flagship experiences, including audience segmentation, channel mix, and performance benchmarks

Establish weekly reporting cadence with growth team; surface 3+ optimization opportunities from campaign data

4

Map cross-functional touchpoints with Sales, CRM, Design, Content; clarify handoffs and communication protocols

By 6 Months
1

Launch and optimize 4+ high-visibility campaigns across social channels; hit or exceed ROI targets by 15%+

2

Scale top-performing experience portfolio by 25%+; demonstrate repeatable playbook for Fever Original events

3

Own regional P&L; forecast quarterly budgets with 90%+ accuracy; optimize channel allocation based on LTV/CAC trends

4

Present quarterly business reviews to leadership and partners; demonstrate strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign ROI

Track blended return across Facebook, Instagram, and other paid channels against total marketing spend.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Monitor CPA by experience vertical and campaign; target 10-15% QoQ reduction through optimization.

Regional P&L Health

Manage quarterly budget allocation and variance; ensure efficient spend across channels and geographies.

Experience Portfolio Growth

Track month-over-month growth in active experiences, ticket sales, and audience reach.

Conversion Rate

Measure funnel conversion from ad click to ticket purchase; benchmark against platform average.
