You'll own end-to-end marketing strategy for their fastest-growing markets (US, Canada, LATAM), driving demand across premium experiences and major IP collaborations with Netflix and F.C. Barcelona.
Your Mission
Audit current US/Canada/LATAM marketing performance across Meta, Google, TikTok—identify quick wins and optimization opportunities worth 15-20% efficiency gains
Build and structure your senior team: hire/onboard performance marketing leads and define clear accountability for each major market and channel
Define and socialize the 12-month strategic marketing roadmap with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners (Creative, Product, CRM, Content)
Establish data infrastructure and reporting cadence—weekly channel dashboards, monthly P&L reviews, quarterly strategy updates
Achieve +25% YoY growth in customer acquisition cost efficiency across paid channels while maintaining quality score targets
Launch and scale 3+ new testing initiatives (new platforms, creative formats, audience segments) with documented learning and expansion roadmap
Reduce cross-functional alignment friction: establish governance model and deliver 3 major campaign launches with zero stakeholder surprises
Build predictive forecasting model linking marketing spend to revenue outcomes—enable accurate budgeting and scenario planning

Track cost-per-acquisition and return on ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok—benchmark against industry and optimize mix monthly.
Marketing-Influenced Revenue & ARR Growth
Attribute revenue by campaign, channel, and cohort to measure direct business impact and inform budget allocation.
Team Engagement & Retention
Monitor quarterly engagement scores, promotion velocity, and voluntary turnover to validate leadership effectiveness.
Campaign Launch Velocity & Time-to-Scale
Measure weeks from brief-to-launch and weeks from pilot-to-full-scale for new initiatives—compound velocity as you optimize workflows.
Brand Awareness & Consideration Lift
Track aided/unaided awareness, consideration, and preference among target audiences quarterly to validate strategic messaging.

Is This Role For You?
- You've scaled performance marketing teams and campaigns from $5M+ annual spend and can talk through your P&L impact with specifics
- You're equally comfortable with strategy work (market sizing, positioning, roadmaps) and day-to-day channel optimization
- You've led 5+ person teams through rapid growth and can build strong cultures even under pressure
- You speak fluent Spanish or have worked extensively in LATAM—local market nuance is a real advantage here
- You thrive in ambiguity and can define clear direction when the brief is fuzzy
- You're a pure strategist who doesn't want to get hands-on with paid ads, budgeting, and analytics—this role is 50/50 strategy and execution
- You need remote flexibility or resistance to on-site in Buenos Aires—this is on-site only
- You haven't managed senior teams or prefer individual contributor roles—team leadership is core to the job
