Your Mission
Build and present market sizing analysis for 3-5 key markets to inform growth strategy priorities
Establish performance baseline metrics for top 10 event partners and identify optimization opportunities
Develop pricing and marketing investment strategy for assigned events portfolio segment
Map cross-departmental dependencies and create collaboration framework with product, marketing, and operations teams
Execute end-to-end growth strategy for minimum 2 markets showing 15%+ improvement in partner performance
Implement data-driven pricing and marketing allocation model, increasing event revenue by 20%+
Lead 3+ product development initiatives from scoping through launch, measuring impact on growth KPIs
Build scalable playbook for partner success framework replicable across 40+ country markets

Is This Role For You?
- You have a STEM degree (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics) and 2+ years in analytical or business strategy roles
- You're fluent in data storytelling and can translate complex analysis into actionable strategy
- You code in SQL, Python, or R and think systematically about problems
- You thrive in fast-moving, global organizations and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
- You're bilingual in English and Spanish with international work experience
- You need a fully remote setup—this role is on-site in Buenos Aires with limited flexibility
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity; this is a scaling business requiring strategic problem-solving without perfect information
- You lack quantitative skills or prefer gut-feel decisions over data-driven strategy
