You'll own the European marketing strategy for Trading Card Games and Sports, translating growth objectives into executable campaigns that drive revenue and engagement.
Your Mission
Build and validate the European marketing roadmap for Q1-Q2 2026, aligned with product launches and seasonal events
Establish cross-functional campaign brief templates and communication cadence with seller activation, operations, and finance teams
Analyze competitive collectibles marketing benchmarks and identify 3-5 high-impact growth levers specific to TCG and Sports categories
Own campaign calendar for H1 2026 with full dependency mapping, risk identification, and stakeholder sign-off
Launch 8-10 major campaigns across TCG and Sports with documented performance lift vs. baseline (CAC, conversion rate, AOV)
Scale cross-functional execution playbook: reduce campaign time-to-launch by 30%, improve on-time delivery to 95%+
Build marketing attribution model linking campaign initiatives to revenue, customer acquisition, and category mix shifts
Develop category-specific playbooks for seller activation and seasonal campaigns (e.g., new card releases, major sporting events)

Track return on investment for each campaign initiative across TCG and Sports categories.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by Channel
Measure cost efficiency of marketing efforts across seller activation, digital, and partnership channels.

Days from brief creation to live campaign; target reduction of 30% over 6 months.
Cross-Functional Delivery Rate
Percentage of campaigns delivered on-time and on-spec; track stakeholder satisfaction via post-campaign surveys.
