We’re looking for a Strategy Associate, Marketing to drive the execution and performance of marketing initiatives across our key categories: Trading Card Games and Sports.
This role will work closely with the Growth Manager to shape marketing strategy and translate it into best-in-class operational delivery: defining the campaign roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and KPIs, and analyzing results to continuously optimize performance. This is a pivotal role in supporting Fanatics Live and Voggt’s growth across Europe.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, strategy, operations, or consulting—combining analytical rigor, structured thinking, and strong ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Partner with the Growth Manager to develop the European marketing roadmap, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, category priorities, and seasonal opportunities.
- Translate high-level growth objectives into clear campaign strategies and actionable execution plans.
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of the campaign calendar: validate timelines, dependencies, and alignment with product drops, shows, and key events.
- Identify growth levers and propose data-driven initiatives to maximize impact across categories.
- Translate campaign goals into clear, channel-specific briefs (seller activation, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) and ensure full campaign readiness.
- Lead cross-functional execution as project owner: align teams, clarify deliverables, track progress, anticipate risks, and secure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Drive structured communication and stakeholder alignment throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Define objectives, KPIs, and targets for each campaign and take full accountability for business impact.
- Manage campaign budget allocation and track actuals against plan to ensure efficient spend and ROI discipline.
- Report on results across key growth metrics and demonstrate measurable performance uplift.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify performance drivers, extract learnings, gather cross-team feedback, and implement optimization actions for future initiatives.
- 2–4+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, consulting, operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier business, engineering school, or university.
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, with outstanding communication skills (sharp briefs, structured updates, concise explanations).
- Highly data-driven, with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus) and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong ownership mindset, reliable on deadlines, able to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel with precision and structure.
- Collaborative and energetic, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
