About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to architect and execute digital growth strategy across the Southeast. Reporting to the company’s Founder & CEO, you'll own the strategy and performance of paid advertising channels—driving qualified pipeline, optimizing conversion rates, and scaling digital presence as they expand across Florida and beyond. This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer ready to shape a company's digital future.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across diverse performance channels including paid search, professional social networks, and specialized industry platforms.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, retargeting initiatives, and strategic partnerships with sector-specific digital outlets.
  • Build and scale campaigns with a focus on measurable ROI and long-term growth objectives.
  • Implement rigorous testing frameworks to optimize creative assets, audience targeting, and landing page performance.
  • Manage multi-channel budgets to ensure maximum efficiency in customer acquisition costs and lead quality.

Analytics, Reporting, & Optimization

  • Design and maintain sophisticated data dashboards to monitor real-time campaign health and forecast future performance trends.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior management to guide resource allocation and high-level decision-making.
  • Partner with sales leadership to bridge the gap between marketing spend and revenue, analyzing lead-to-close data and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to refine the customer journey and maximize conversion touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Initiatives

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure high-quality lead handoffs and integrated messaging.
  • Refine automated marketing processes, lead scoring models, and CRM integration to streamline the growth engine.
  • Represent the brand's digital interests through industry-focused content and professional event participation.
  • Keep the organization at the forefront of B2B digital trends and evolving market landscapes.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional B2B marketing experience with a proven track record in paid search and social campaign management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep experience using standard web analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrated campaigns by collaborating with both creative and technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proactive, "owner" mentality.
  • Practical expertise in multivariate testing and quantitative performance analysis.


What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience with Looker Studio for reporting and budget monitoring.
  • Familiarity managing pay-per-lead programs on industry platforms (review sites).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Shopify, SEMrush, and modern marketing automation stacks.
  • Strong visual design and copywriting skills with a track record of bringing creative campaigns to life.
  • Background in complex B2B sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying journeys, or commercial furniture/design industry.
