Eskimoz is a fast-growing European digital marketing leader. You'll own full-cycle paid media strategy for a diverse client roster-from startups to CAC40 groups-optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Real autonomy, real impact, real growth.
Your Mission
Onboard 2-3 existing client accounts, audit current campaigns, identify 15%+ efficiency gains
Master Eskimoz's client reporting framework and deliver first round of impact-driven recommendations
Get certified or refresh Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications; master internal analytics stack
Contribute one internal knowledge share session on SEA/SMA trends or optimization wins
Grow assigned portfolio ROAS by 20-25% through strategic bid optimization and audience refinement
Own end-to-end strategy for 1-2 strategic accounts; present quarterly business reviews with C-level clients
Build repeatable campaign templates and playbooks for common verticals; reduce setup time by 30%
Mentor 1-2 junior consultants; lead internal workshop on advanced tracking and attribution modeling
