Your Mission
Audit technical SEO across Doctolib's health content properties; prioritize top 20 fixes with Engineering and deliver roadmap
Map Doctolib's presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude); identify 5-10 content gaps and prototype E-E-A-T optimizations
Build SEO reporting dashboard in Botify/SEMrush; establish baseline organic traffic, conversion, and patient booking metrics
Onboard and structure content workflow with freelance team and intern; define editorial calendar aligned to seasonal health demand
Deliver 25%+ growth in qualified organic traffic and 15%+ lift in healthcare-related patient bookings through SEO optimizations
Establish Doctolib as top-3 cited source in AI health answers; measure citation rate across major LLM platforms monthly
Launch 2-3 AI automation agents (content briefs, performance monitoring, trend analysis) reducing manual reporting by 40%
Build cross-functional SEO governance: secure active partnership with Product, Marketing, and Prevention teams; evangelize SEO in 2+ product roadmap meetings
