The Challenge

Decisions is building a lean, high-velocity B2B growth engine and needs a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to execute campaigns that directly move pipeline and revenue. You'll partner with a seasoned Head of Demand Generation in Bogota, learning modern martech and growth strategy while owning real campaigns from concept to launch.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch 3+ multi-channel demand gen campaigns end-to-end with zero execution errors and on-time delivery

Establish weekly performance dashboards tracking MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Document and standardize 2 campaign playbooks (email nurture + landing page best practices) for team repeatability

4

Execute first A/B test across email or landing page with documented hypothesis and learnings

By 6 Months
1

Own full lifecycle of 8+ campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline contribution and campaign ROI

Reduce campaign launch time by 20% through process optimization and bottleneck removal

3

Scale top 3 performing campaign variations and achieve 15%+ improvement in conversion rates through iteration

4

Build lead routing and nurture workflows that improve sales follow-up efficiency and MQL-to-SQL conversion by 10%+
