Ce que vous ferez
Join our E-commerce Growth Team as a Global E-Com Commercial Process Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for global standardization and ecosystem alignment, strategic project scaling and industrialization, and community strengthening. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a unified and sustainable implementation of global commercial standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce, strong project management skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Missions
Profile
Minimum 3 years in E-Commerce (Upper Funnel) with strong Project Management skills. Experience in working with Sports stakeholders (at best: strong existing collaboration & network with Sports) and cross-culturally open minded and collaborative expertise.
Familiarity with CMS structures (Contentstack/Nemo), Jira, and digital tracking methodologies.
Cross functional/influential leadership (business area/functional leadership over direct management)
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: A rigorous, data-driven mindset with the capacity to translate complex information into clear commercial strategies. You are adept at consolidating global feedback and consistently prioritizing initiatives based on their potential for maximum business impact.
Entrepreneurial Mindset & Resilience: You thrive in the ambiguity of new models and roles, remaining highly results-oriented. With an "ultramarathoner" mindset, you maintain endurance, structure, and focus throughout the entire lifecycle of long-term global transformation projects.
The Vision
The "Happy 50" project is our roadmap to evolve from a traditional retailer into a global sports ecosystem. It is built on the belief that our next 50 years will be defined by our ability to be more digital, more circular, and more unified as One Team.
Our 3 Strategic Pillars
Multi-sport & Circularity: Moving beyond the "sell-only" model by fully integrating New Products, Second Life, and Rental services into a single customer loop.
Omnichannel “App-First”: Leveraging Data and AI to transform our mobile app into the primary gateway for all sporting needs.
End-to-End Efficiency: Optimizing our entire value chain-from production to retail-to ensure we are agile, scalable, and profitable.
Happy 50 is our collective opportunity to prove that business growth and environmental responsibility are not just compatible, but inseparable.
Let's build the future of sport together.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Standardization & Ecosystem Alignment
1P/3P Harmonization: Ensure all global commercial tools and processes are designed with a holistic view, aligning the requirements of both the traditional retail model (1P) and the Marketplace (3P) to create a unified commercial ecosystem.
Process Excellence: Design, implement, and scale standardized commercial workflows globally to reduce friction and increase time-to-market.
Technical & Product Roadmap Alignment: Regularly participate in digital and product update sessions and routines. Maintain a deep understanding of technical possibilities and roadmaps to ensure commercial needs are reflected in future developments.
2. Strategic Project Scaling & Industrialization
Scaling and Transition to "Run": Architect the transition of projects from development into long-term, global operational workflows. Act as "one voice" alongside Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Market Success Managers (MSM), and Digital/Product teams to ensure a unified and sustainable implementation of global commercial standards.
Tool Country Advocate: Act as the primary Country Relay (Retail/E-Commerce with United Product teams) for all tools that are related to commercial activations. You are responsible for consolidating country requirements, driving tool adoption, and ensuring continuous improvement based on stakeholder (Countries and United) engagement.
Voice of the Countries: Represent country interests (assigned markets to be defined) within United projects and routines, ensuring global roadmaps solve local pain points and respect regional workflows.
3. Community Strengthening
Strategic Facilitation: Host and lead the E-Com Category Managers Monthly (previously: DSL Leaders Monthly) to facilitate best-practice sharing among international E-Com Leaders. This includes organizing relevant guest speakers from across the organization and following up on specific country pain points.
Strategic Networking: Autonomously build and leverage professional connections across the global matrix (United, Sports, and Countries).
Event Organisation and Hosting: Cross-country synergies with relevant stakeholders to build and solidify the community. These events include physical meetings and could also include travelling to meet your stakeholders.
