The Challenge

Join an established startup ad agency where you'll lead multicultural marketing campaigns that break through culture. You'll be the strategic bridge between clients and creative teams, driving both bold ideas and measurable business results.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current client relationships and identify 3-5 organic growth opportunities to expand agency scope

Establish clear communication cadence with assigned client(s) and internal account team-define success metrics

Lead campaign planning for 2-3 active projects; deliver briefs that inspire creative breakthrough

4

Develop deep knowledge of assigned client's business, competitive landscape, and cultural positioning

By 6 Months
1

Secure contract expansion or new scope with at least one existing client based on proactive strategy recommendations

Mentor 2-3 junior account team members with documented feedback and visible skill development

3

Deliver 4-6 campaigns that generate earned cultural coverage; track media impressions and sentiment

4

Present agency as cultural marketing thought leader via 1-2 external speaking engagements or case studies

Track NPS or satisfaction scores; measure account growth vs. churn rate.

Campaign Performance

Monitor earned media impressions, brand sentiment, and creative breakthrough metrics tied to client KPIs.

Manage scope creep, track project margins, and optimize resource allocation across accounts.

Team Development

Measure mentee progression, internal team satisfaction on your accounts, and cross-functional collaboration.
