🎯 Your mission
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager Alternant or Internto help us accelerate the adoption of our AI Role-Play solution through strategic partnerships.
Your mission will be to identify, engage and develop relationships with leadership development firms, sales training companies, learning consultancies and boutique training providers across France, Europe, the UK and the US.
The goal is simple: help these organisations integrate Coachello’s AI Role-Plays into their own training and development offerings.
You will be at the intersection of sales, partnerships, learning innovation and AI.
🚀 What you’ll do
Identify and map potential partners
Build target lists of leadership development firms
Identify sales training organisations and consultancies
Research learning providers and L&D boutiques across key markets
Understand their positioning, offerings and client base
Generate partnership opportunities
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email and phone
Engage decision makers and partnership leaders
Qualify opportunities and identify potential use cases
Book meetings and demos with qualified prospects
Build partnership proposals
Help create partnership business cases
Support partner onboarding and enablement
Work with founders to develop reseller and referral programmes
Contribute ideas to scale our partnership ecosystem globally
Market intelligence
Track learning and AI trends
Monitor competitors and partnership models
Identify new verticals and growth opportunities
