Bloom Nutrition is a Forbes 30U30 wellness brand scaling fast across DTC, retail, and international markets. You'll own influencer strategy across multiple brands and launches, building scalable systems that blend agency rigor with in-house ownership to drive measurable growth.
Your Mission
Audit existing influencer programs across Bloom portfolio brands; identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities tied to DTC/retail KPIs
Build and document influencer marketing playbooks covering sourcing, briefing, contracting, content feedback, and rights management
Establish budget allocation framework across brands, launches, and markets; reallocate spend to highest-ROI initiatives
Launch integrated creator program leveraging TikTok, Instagram, YouTube; coordinate with paid media and creative teams on first joint campaign
Scale influencer programs to 3+ brands with standardized operational workflows; reduce campaign turnaround time by 30%
Deliver measurable attribution model linking creator content to DTC conversions, retail sell-through, and AOV impact
Build and mentor internal team; establish clear KPIs and performance expectations across internal and agency partners
Launch international creator expansion in 2+ key markets; adapt US playbooks to local platform trends and audience behavior
