Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive market expansion for our U.S. crypto exchange business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that grow the user base, strengthen brand visibility, and identify strategic business opportunities within the U.S. digital asset ecosystem.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with Operations, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory considerations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in growth marketing, partnerships, and campaign management, with a deep understanding of the U.S. cryptocurrency and fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Market Growth and Strategy
Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the U.S. market. Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive positioning to guide marketing initiatives and support business growth.
Collaborate with Operations teams to design and implement campaigns that increase platform adoption, user deposits, and trading activity.
Brand Development
Strengthen the company’s brand presence in the United States through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and partnerships across the digital asset ecosystem.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing channels including social media, digital campaigns, events, and industry collaborations. Work closely with public relations and communications teams to increase brand awareness and credibility within the crypto industry.
Campaign and Product Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches tailored to the U.S. user base. Partner with Product and Operations teams to translate platform capabilities into clear and compelling value propositions for users.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing strategies using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Partnerships and Business Development
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry organizations, communities, media platforms, and ecosystem partners to expand the company’s reach in the U.S. crypto market.
Explore new business development opportunities that support platform growth and strengthen market positioning. Support collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and community leaders to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and align with business priorities.
Coordinate with global teams while adapting strategies and campaigns to effectively address the needs of the U.S. market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least five years of marketing experience, preferably within cryptocurrency, fintech, trading platforms, financial services, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the U.S. cryptocurrency market, digital asset ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, campaign management, brand development, or user acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable marketing insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or global organizations is considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, or Web3 companies.
Familiarity with performance marketing channels, affiliate marketing programs, and community-driven growth strategies.
Established relationships within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset communities.
Bilingual language capabilities are considered a plus.
