The Challenge
Big Cedar Lodge operates a portfolio of premium hospitality brands across the US. You'll own digital marketing strategy and execution for their entire Bass Pro Hospitality vertical, managing paid campaigns, content, and a social team to drive bookings and community engagement.
Your Mission
Audit current paid social and digital advertising performance across all Big Cedar properties-identify gaps, consolidate redundancies, and establish baseline KPIs
Implement content calendar and approval workflow across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Connected TV) with documented brand guidelines
Deploy social listening tools and establish daily monitoring protocol for mentions, sentiment, and competitive trends
Build reporting dashboard showing campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI across all digital channels
Increase paid social ROAS by 20-30% through A/B testing creative, targeting, and bid strategies
Launch integrated retargeting/remarketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Connected TV with segmented audiences by property
Establish WordPress optimization baseline and implement Core Web Vitals improvements (LCP, CLS, FID) to target 90+ PageSpeed score
Scale influencer and affiliate partnerships-recruit 5-10 qualified partners and launch co-marketing campaigns

Return on ad spend across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google ads-target 3:1 minimum by month 6.
Website Conversion Rate
Booking/inquiry conversion rate from paid traffic-baseline and track lift from optimizations.

Comments, shares, saves across owned channels as % of total followers-leading indicator of community health.
CPA by Channel
Cost per acquisition by paid social platform, SEM, display, affiliate-optimize spend allocation monthly.
Core Web Vitals Score
Google PageSpeed Insights score on mobile/desktop-shoot for 90+, critical for SEO and UX.
