Is This Role For You?
- You thrive translating complex, technical work into clear narratives that resonate with decision-makers (investors, donors, partners)
- You're a growth marketer who loves data—testing, learning, iterating on campaigns and channels with measurable impact
- You want to lead marketing from day one and build a team; you're comfortable with ambiguity and scrappy execution in a growing org
- You're genuinely energized by impact-driven work—emerging markets, climate, financial inclusion, AI for good—not just brand sheen
- You need heavy corporate structure, pre-built teams, or a playbook—this is build-from-scratch territory with some messiness
- You're email/social-only or tactically focused; this role requires strategy + execution + cross-functional influence
- You're uncomfortable with complexity or ambiguity; BFA Global's work is multi-layered, multi-stakeholder, and nuanced
