The Challenge

Banco PAN is building the next generation of financial solutions in Brazil. You'll lead growth strategy across user acquisition and revenue expansion, working directly with product, marketing, and CRM teams to drive measurable impact at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current user acquisition funnels and identify top 3 growth levers with A/B testing roadmap

Build automated dashboards tracking key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, activation)

3

Deliver market analysis report on competitive positioning and growth opportunities in fintech space

4

Establish weekly growth review cadence with stakeholders and define OKRs for 6-month horizon

By 6 Months
1

Execute 8+ A/B tests with >15% uplift targets on core growth levers (acquisition, activation, retention)

Increase user base by 20%+ or revenue by 25%+ through optimized growth campaigns

3

Develop predictive models identifying high-LTV user segments for personalized CRM strategies

4

Scale successful growth channels through cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost per new user by channel to optimize marketing spend allocation

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Measure total revenue generated per user to inform growth investment decisions

User Activation Rate

Percentage of new signups completing key actions within first 7 days

Monthly Active Users (MAU) & Growth Rate

Core engagement metric tracking user base expansion and stickiness

Cohort Retention

Track user retention curves by acquisition month to measure product-market fit
