Axinn is a top-tier litigation and IP law firm ready to amplify its thought leadership and market positioning through integrated digital strategy. You'll own the entire digital ecosystem—from website and social to marketing automation—while championing AI-driven innovation across a sophisticated, growth-minded organization.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize the firm's marketing tech stack (RubyLaw, Nexl CRM, Sprout Social, Passle, JD Supra, Mondaq); identify integration gaps and quick wins
Develop and present a 12-month digital marketing strategy covering website, social, email, and thought leadership distribution with clear KPIs
Launch one integrated campaign amplifying a key practice area or client initiative across digital channels with measurable engagement targets
Establish baseline metrics for digital engagement, sentiment, and competitive benchmarking against peer firms
Implement marketing automation workflows reducing manual content distribution by 40% and increasing thought leadership reach by 50%
Redesign editorial calendar and content workflows with communications and practice leadership; publish 2x monthly high-impact insights
Build and deploy AI-enabled tools for content creation, campaign personalization, and analytics to scale marketing output without proportional headcount
Achieve 25%+ growth in email engagement rates, social media followers, and website traffic; reduce cost-per-engagement by 30%

Track opens, clicks, shares, and sentiment across email, social, and thought leadership platforms (Passle, JD Supra, Mondaq).
Thought Leadership Distribution Reach
Measure impressions, audience reach, and attributed lead generation from practice-specific content campaigns.
Marketing Tech Stack ROI
Calculate cost per qualified lead and conversion rate improvements from platform integrations and automation.
Brand Awareness & Competitive Position
Monitor share-of-voice vs. peer firms, website traffic, and brand sentiment via social listening and analytics.
Campaign Execution Efficiency
Track time-to-launch, content production velocity, and marketing automation adoption rates across teams.
