The Challenge

Asseti has nailed product-market fit in asset intelligence for real estate at scale. You're joining to build the commercial engine that takes them from traction to category dominance, owning pipeline, revenue, and the entire GTM motion.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing pipeline, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, refine stage exit criteria, and establish baseline metrics across AE activity, conversion rates, and deal velocity

Install GTM operating cadences, weekly sourcing standups, bi-weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly GTM business reviews to create consistency and visibility

Define marketing pipeline targets and SLA, establish what marketing owns, by when, and how it's measured; align on lead quality thresholds and handoff criteria

Lead and stabilize the enterprise AE team, set individual targets, establish activity benchmarks, run 1-on-1s, and identify any skill gaps or hiring needs

By 6 Months
1

Scale pipeline 2-3x through optimized outbound, refine messaging, deploy standardized sequences via Clay/HubSpot, and prove repeatable sourcing motion

Launch account-based marketing layer, deploy intent signals, account scoring, and signal-based sequencing to focus firepower on named accounts

Build GTM automation infrastructure, integrate enrichment APIs, implement workflow automation, and establish reporting dashboard for real-time pipeline visibility

Expand AE team and hit revenue targets, hire 1-2 additional enterprise AEs, achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue numbers, and establish expansion playbook with incoming CS Lead

KPIs You'll Own

Pipeline Created

Monthly/quarterly new pipeline from outbound, marketing, and inbound channels, tracked to revenue target.

Win Rate by Stage

Conversion rates at each stage (discovery, proposal, negotiation, close) to identify where deals stall.

Sales Cycle Length

Average days from first touch to close; trend over time to measure acceleration.

AE Activity & Productivity

Outreach attempts, meetings booked, pipeline per rep, and revenue per rep, weekly reporting.

Customer Retention & Expansion

Net retention rate and expansion revenue; handoff quality with CS.

Marketing Pipeline Contribution

% of total pipeline sourced by marketing campaigns; cost per pipeline dollar.

  • You've scaled enterprise SaaS GTM from product-market fit to $10M+ ARR, you know how to build repeatable pipeline engines
  • You thrive owning revenue end-to-end: sales ops, AE management, marketing alignment, and metrics that matter
  • You're energized by early-stage scaling with founders, not corporate structure; you want autonomy and impact
  • You understand the real estate / asset management space OR have sold complex B2B products to large enterprises
  • You're hands-on: you'll coach deals, run standups, build automation, and do the work alongside your team
Won't Work If
  • You prefer managing large, established teams over building and coaching talent from scratch
  • You need remote flexibility, this is on-site, Denver only
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity in company size, funding, or customer names at this stage
  • You treat sales as a numbers game rather than a craft, Asseti's founder expects rigor, not just volume
