The Challenge

Amaze is building the operating system for creators to design, launch, and sell products to their audiences. You'll lead the full marketing strategy-brand, performance, lifecycle-to turn cultural moments into sustainable revenue, partnering across product, data, and leadership in a fast-moving, scrappy environment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing performance across all channels and establish baseline metrics; identify 3-5 quick wins to implement

Align on 2026 revenue targets with leadership and translate into specific marketing KPIs by channel (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, etc.)

Build out 90-day campaign calendar with clear goals, ownership, and success metrics across brand and performance

4

Establish weekly cross-functional meetings with product, growth, and data teams to lock in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 major product launches with coordinated brand, performance, and lifecycle campaigns; measure impact on revenue contribution

Optimize paid acquisition channels (likely Google, Meta, TikTok) to reach target CAC; scale top performers by 30%+

3

Build lifecycle marketing engine (email, SMS, retargeting) to increase customer LTV by 25%+

4

Create quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights; demonstrate clear attribution of marketing efforts to revenue growth

  • You're comfortable jumping between strategic thinking and tactical execution-writing the plan and executing it yourself if needed
  • You're obsessed with data and attribution; you speak fluent Google Analytics, SQL-adjacent analysis, and dashboards
  • You've built go-to-market strategies in ecommerce, creator, or D2C businesses where cultural relevance matters
  • You thrive in scrappy, fast-moving startups and can move fast while keeping quality high
