Airwallex is a $8B fintech powering 200K+ global businesses with unified payments and financial infrastructure. You'll architect their global growth playbook, owning the revenue funnel dashboard and directing experimentation across marketing, sales, and product to accelerate growth at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and operationalize the growth dashboard tracking key revenue metrics across regions; establish weekly business reviews with commercial leaders

Map regional growth levers and self-serve/SME adoption journeys; define ICPs, value propositions, and success metrics with Strategy & Operations and regional leads

Conduct baseline customer segmentation analysis (global and regional) to inform targeting, messaging, and strategy prioritization

Audit competitor landscape in growth space; synthesize 3-5 concrete adaptations for campaigns, content, and lifecycle strategies

By 6 Months
1

Execute 2-3 validated growth experiments across regions with >20% lift in key conversion metrics; document playbooks for scaling

Align marketing automation and CRM systems with revenue strategy; reduce manual reporting by 60%

Launch regional growth initiatives tied to product adoption; track NRR and expansion revenue by segment with clear attribution

4

Establish quarterly growth strategy reviews; present data-driven recommendations for market prioritization and resource allocation

  • You've only done demand gen or single-channel marketing; this requires multi-lever strategy thinking across funnels and products
  • You can't operate in ambiguity or prefer highly structured roadmaps; this is emerging team building core systems from scratch
