The Challenge
AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 software powerhouse working with Fortune 500s and scaling startups. You'll own the growth funnel for their AI development services—finding new B2B niches, testing acquisition channels, and driving qualified pipeline in a competitive custom software market.
Your Mission
Map current ICP segments and validate 2-3 new high-potential buyer personas (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Leaders) through market research
Audit existing B2B lead channels and test 2 new acquisition platforms (Instantly, Reply.io, Apollo, or alternative) with campaigns targeting AI/ML services
Establish baseline campaign performance dashboards tracking conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and sales handoff quality across channels
Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop 3-4 AI service positioning angles tailored to different buyer segments
Scale top-performing lead acquisition channels to deliver 40%+ month-over-month pipeline growth with sustainable CAC metrics
Execute 4+ A/B tested campaigns across email, LinkedIn, or paid channels—documenting learnings and optimizing for at least 25% improvement in click-through rates
Build repeatable playbooks for selling AI as a service to B2B clients with documented buyer journey maps and messaging frameworks
Deliver monthly performance reports with trend analysis, competitive insights, and data-driven recommendations that inform quarterly strategy

Monthly qualified leads delivered to sales from marketing campaigns, segmented by channel and buyer persona.
Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
Total marketing spend divided by qualified leads—tracks efficiency of paid and organic acquisition.

Percentage of prospects who engage with campaigns and move to next stage in buyer journey.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 4+ years running B2B marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline impact—preferably in SaaS or tech services
- You've actually marketed AI products or services to enterprise buyers and understand the sales complexity
- You're analytical and obsessed with testing: you set up experiments, read the data, iterate fast
- You thrive collaborating across functions (sales, content, ops) and can translate their needs into actionable campaigns
- You're fluent in English and comfortable working on-site in Buenos Aires
- You're looking for full remote—this role is on-site in Buenos Aires with flextime, not distributed
- You lack B2B experience or have only done B2C/D2C marketing; the buying journey and tooling are fundamentally different
- You're uncomfortable with data and analytics—this role lives in spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports
