A rapidly growing European technology company is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to drive its global marketing strategy and brand visibility. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to generate qualified leads and strengthen market presence across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s global marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for innovative digital platforms.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and website optimisation to drive lead generation.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Create high-quality marketing content such as case studies, newsletters, product materials, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate PR activities, press relations, and corporate communications.
• Organise and manage participation in international industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.

Skills Required

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, ideally within OTT/Videos Streaming, B2B tech, SaaS, telecom, or digital solutions.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English and French.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership.
