100Hires is Forbes' #1 ATS for startups—and they need someone who can think independently to build growth campaigns across channels. You'll work directly with the CEO, use AI as a leverage tool (not a crutch), and prove you can ship quality work without hand-holding.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit 3+ marketing channels (SEO, content, email, paid) and identify which ones have traction for B2B SaaS ATS buyers

Produce 8-12 pieces of high-quality content (blog posts, comparison pages, landing pages) with AI assistance and human judgment

Build repeatable playbooks for 2 channels that show measurable engagement or conversion lift

Establish baseline metrics: traffic, CTR, email open rates, and lead quality for all active campaigns

By 6 Months

Scale winning channels to 3x baseline metrics while maintaining quality standards

Own full content calendar and editorial workflow; ship 20+ pieces with zero factual errors

Test and iterate on 5+ messaging angles; document what resonates with target buyer personas
