Senior Demand Generation Manager – France | B2B SaaS | Paris (Remote First) | €70,000 + Bonus

I've placed multiple people into this business and I keep working with them because the roles are genuinely good. This one is no different.

I'm working with a well-established, PE-backed B2B SaaS business operating across multiple European markets. They're over 300 people, profitable, growing with real intent, and their platform is used by some of the biggest names in their industry household brands, large multi-site operators, the kind of customers that don't sign unless the product genuinely works.

They have a 15-person marketing team spread across the UK, France and Spain, and they're now looking for someone to own the French market from a growth and demand generation perspective.

This is not a startup with a vague brief. The model works. The team is in place. The opportunity is to come in and own a market.

The opportunity

This is a commercially-focused growth role. You'll own the France pipeline number and everything that goes into hitting it.

That means building and running demand campaigns across content, webinars, events, email and paid channels. Deciding what runs, when, and why. Working closely with Sales to align on priorities, close gaps in pipeline, and make sure marketing activity is actually converting into bookings not just generating noise.

You won't be doing all the execution yourself. There's a digital performance team handling paid, a content team, a product marketing function, and you'll have a direct report managing execution alongside you. Your job is to sit in the middle of all of it deciding what gets built, shaping how it gets used, and taking ownership of the results.

What this role is not

It is not a campaign execution role where someone tells you what to run and you run it. You'll be setting the agenda, not responding to one.

It is not a role for someone who keeps marketing at arm's length from sales. The sales relationship is central here — you'll be expected to build genuine trust with the French sales team, align closely on priorities, and be someone they actually rely on.

The VP is clear on this: he doesn't want a support function for whatever sales asks for. He wants someone who can lead.

And it is not a role where you measure success in content pieces published or leads generated. This role is measured on pipeline and bookings. If that framing feels right, read on.

What you need to have done

You must have owned a market or regional growth function in B2B SaaS not just contributed to one. You've set the plan, owned the budget, run the campaigns, and been accountable for the number.

Beyond that:

  • 5 -8 years in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable designing strategy and getting into execution when needed
  • Strong sales alignment experience you've worked closely with sales teams and know how to hold your own in those conversations
  • Multi-channel campaign experience content, events, webinars, email, paid
  • Data-driven and commercially minded you track through to pipeline and bookings, not just MQLs
  • Fluency in French is essential

The package

€70,000 base salary. Remote first with a Paris office available. A 15-person global marketing team with real structure, a direct report from day one.
