The Challenge
PE-backed B2B SaaS scaling across Europe needs a Demand Generation Manager to own their largest revenue territory in France. You'll build the entire marketing-to-pipeline engine for a category-leading platform entering the market.
Your Mission
Launch 2-3 major demand campaigns (webinar, content series, paid) aligned with French Sales priorities and baseline pipeline targets
Establish weekly cadence with French Sales team to map activity to pipeline and identify top accounts for targeted outreach
Build France marketing budget allocation framework across channels (paid, content, events) with clear ROI tracking
Deploy first event or webinar series as pipeline driver with attendance and lead quality targets
Deliver €X pipeline attributed to demand generation campaigns with clear funnel conversion metrics from lead to bookings
Scale 2-3 proven campaign formats (content themes, webinar topics, paid angles) with documented performance against targets
Establish France as a replicable playbook for European expansion with documented processes for campaign brief, execution, and performance review
Build cross-functional rhythm with Product Marketing, Content, Performance, and Digital teams with monthly business reviews showing market performance
