Accountabilities:
Build and own the end-to-end SMS lead generation engine, including data sourcing, infrastructure setup, campaign execution, and optimization
Identify, vet, and negotiate partnerships with data providers, aggregators, and list owners to secure compliant, high-intent homeowner data
Design, launch, and continuously optimize SMS campaigns to generate motivated seller leads and improve conversion performance
Ensure full compliance with TCPA regulations, 10DLC requirements, and carrier guidelines across all messaging activities
Select and manage SMS platforms, CRM integrations, and supporting tools for scalable, high-volume outreach
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs such as delivery rate, response rate, CPL, and ROI
Collaborate with acquisitions and sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops for quality improvement
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and guide strategic decisions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or business development
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in high-volume SMS marketing
Strong experience generating leads in real estate-related environments (iBuyer, wholesaling, brokerage, PropTech strongly preferred)
Deep knowledge of TCPA compliance, 10DLC registration, opt-in/opt-out processes, and carrier filtering rules
Proven ability to negotiate and manage data partnerships or revenue-share agreements
Strong technical fluency with SMS platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and data tools
Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance quickly
Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
