Accountabilities:
Analyze marketing performance across SEM, SEO, and AI-driven channels to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
Build, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools and SQL to support marketing decision-making.
Define and standardize key performance metrics aligned with business strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
Develop forecasts, run experiments, and perform diagnostic and exploratory analyses to evaluate campaign and channel effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with marketing, data, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Design and maintain marketing data infrastructure, including integrations with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insights generation while exploring their impact on marketing performance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or analytical operations environments.
Strong experience analyzing SEM, SEO, and ideally AI-driven or Generative AI search channels.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Hands-on experience with data modeling, forecasting, experimentation, and root cause analysis.
Strong understanding of marketing data infrastructure and Google marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console).
Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for analysis, automation, or reporting.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex insights for senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or MBA are a plus.
