Accountabilities
Analyze marketing performance data across channels including Paid Media, CRM, Email Marketing, and Customer Engagement Programs to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare recurring reporting packages by consolidating complex datasets into clear, actionable summaries for business stakeholders.
Support the development of client recommendations and marketing optimization strategies based on analytical findings.
Perform quality assurance reviews across reports, dashboards, and datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Media, and Analytics teams to deliver insights that support business objectives.
Build and maintain effective reporting processes using analytics and visualization tools.
Leverage AI-powered tools responsibly to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive workflows, and enhance analytical processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen measurement and reporting practices.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, Paid Media Analytics, CRM Analytics, or a related analytical field.
Advanced Excel skills with experience managing, analyzing, and presenting data.
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, paid media campaigns, CRM programs, or customer engagement initiatives is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Python, Google Ads, CM360, GTM/GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing measurement frameworks, or AI-powered analytics tools is a plus.
Previous experience working in an agency environment is beneficial.
