Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CRM Manager based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The CRM Manager will oversee the company’s customer relationship management strategies, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, optimizing retention strategies, resolving customer service issues, managing customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and interact with customers effectively
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer relationship strategies
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer service management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
