The Challenge

Macfor is building the backbone of their marketing operations—you'll own CRM integrations, data infrastructure, and automated customer journeys. This isn't just connecting tools; you're the technical bridge between data, marketing strategy, and measurable results.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and document existing CRM, marketing automation, and data integrations; identify 3-5 optimization opportunities

Build 2-3 new API integrations or automation workflows using Make/n8n/Zapier to reduce manual data work

3

Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to audit data quality and create repeatable data validation processes

4

Create dashboard(s) tracking campaign performance, CRM health, and integration reliability across platforms

By 6 Months
1

Design and implement 5+ scalable automated workflows covering customer segmentation, nurture journeys, and lifecycle campaigns

Reduce manual data entry by 40%+ through process optimization and automation

Establish data governance framework: validation rules, documentation, and regular audits across all marketing systems

Partner with media and strategy teams to deliver 3+ data-driven campaign optimizations with measurable lift

% of time marketing automation and CRM integrations run without errors or manual intervention

Data Quality Score

Percentage of records passing validation rules; track inconsistencies resolved per month

Automation Coverage

  • You have a strong background in math, CS, engineering, or data science and want to apply it to real marketing problems
  • You code in Python and SQL and enjoy building data pipelines, automations, and integrations

  • You thrive working across teams and enjoy explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • You want to own the technical infrastructure that makes marketing campaigns actually run at scale

  • You need remote flexibility or can't commit to on-site work in São Paulo
  • You lack hands-on programming experience or avoid building APIs, queries, and automation workflows
